Company Structure

In May 2007, P&O Trans Australia (POTA) underwent a company and management restructure.  At this time, a joint venture between DP World (formerly P&O Ports) and a Kaplan led consortium was formed. 

This allowed the Kaplan consortium full management responsibility for POTA who appointed Paul Digney as the Managing Director. 

The current Board and Senior Executive are well satisfied with the progress over the past 12 months and are extremely excited about the Company's future direction.
